Who we are · Est. 2010
Improvement starts at the foundation — your people
Business Improvement Group is an Alaska-based consultancy passionate about helping businesses big and small reach their full potential.
Since 2010 we've used proven techniques and tools — Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Institute (PMI) methods, ITSM (ITIL), BPI and COBIT — to help our clients find cost savings, build a customer-centric culture, gain market share, and more.
We evaluate every aspect of your business, identify the root cause of any stagnation, and set clear goals to help your company thrive. We don't just hand you a report — we build with you.
What we stand for
Vision · Integrity · Passion
Vision
We help leaders see the whole board — the blind spots, the root causes, and the clear goals that move a company forward.
Integrity
Honest assessment over flattery. We tell you what we actually find, and we measure the outcomes against your goals.
Passion
We're genuinely energized by helping Alaska businesses — big and small — reach their full potential.
