Is BIG a PMI Authorized Training Partner?
Yes. Business Improvement Group is a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP), delivering PMP®, CAPM® and PMI-CP™ exam preparation in Alaska, taught by authorized instructors.
How do I register for a course?
Find the course on the 2026 schedule and reach out by the contact form or info@go-big.com. Name the course and code, and our team confirms your seat and payment details directly. No account or online checkout required.
What does a bootcamp cost?
It varies by course, format and group size. For example, the PMP® Bootcamp runs $1,500–$2,100 and the CAPM® Bootcamp $995–$1,250. The full price list is on the schedule.
Do you offer virtual classes?
Yes. Several courses run online; for instance, the PMP® Bootcamp is offered virtually over Microsoft Teams as well as in person.
Can you run a custom or on-site class for my team?
Absolutely. We schedule custom and on-site classes for organizations year-round. Tell us what your team needs and we'll build it around your goals.
Do you do consulting too, or only training?
Both. Alongside our certification training we provide consulting in leadership, process development, project management and digital optimization.
Who teaches the courses?
Practitioners, led by founder Jim Bates: a UAA adjunct professor in the MSPM program, a past PMI Alaska Chapter President-elect, and a Villanova master-certificate holder in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma and Business Analysis.
Do you serve all of Alaska?
Yes. In person around the Mat-Su Valley and Anchorage, and online for organizations statewide.
